Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The book must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
A valid proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Publishing services (editing, design, ISBN, etc.)
- Digital books (eBooks / PDFs)
- Downloadable content
- Personalized or custom-printed books
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective book:
- We will provide a replacement or refund
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the issue
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- You will be notified via email
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- If still unresolved, contact us
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
Publishing Services (Important)
All publishing-related services (editing, formatting, cover design, etc.) are:
❌ Non-refundable once work has started
This is because these are customized services.
